"Service", "Services" refers to all services we provide, including but not limited to the VoiceStats Discord bot, our website and dashboard, and Premium features.
"You", "User" refers to anyone who uses the Services.
"Server Administrator" refers to a server owner, or a user granted permission to manage VoiceStats within a Discord server.
"Premium" refers to paid features made available through our payment infrastructure or other official channels.
"Payment Infrastructure" refers to the third-party service(s) we use to process payments.
"Discord" refers to the Discord platform and its related services.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect:
We collect data from your Discord account and servers that is accessible through the Discord API and necessary to provide the Services, such as identifiers for users, servers, channels, and roles, along with usernames, avatars, and other related metadata. We process voice channel activity to calculate usage statistics, but we do not record, store, listen to, or transcribe voice channel audio. Through our website and dashboard, we also collect data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and interaction events. If you subscribe to Premium, we store information provided to us by our payment infrastructure, such as your subscription or customer identifier, billing email when provided, chosen server, subscription status and period, and transaction details needed to display billing history. We do not store your payment card details.
How We Collect Data:
We collect data through your interactions with the Services, the Discord API, and connected third-party services, including the payment infrastructure we use for Premium subscriptions.

Third-Party Services:
The Services depend on and interact with third-party platforms, including Discord and the payment infrastructure we use for Premium. Each platform maintains its own privacy policy and terms, and we bear no responsibility for how they process your information. Our payment infrastructure processes Premium payments and provides us with the subscription and billing details needed to deliver Premium; we may change which payment infrastructure we use at any time.
Data Storage & Security:
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data and limit access to personnel who need it to operate the Services. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot be held liable for data loss or a breach that occurs despite our reasonable efforts to prevent it.
Data Retention & Your Rights:
We keep data only for as long as it's needed to deliver the Services. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us through our support server, where we verify that you are the account holder before processing the request; this is completed within 30 days. Certain information may remain temporarily in backups, or be retained longer where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or a legal obligation. Removing VoiceStats from your server stops new data from being collected there, but existing data is not automatically deleted and must be requested separately.
Children:
The Services are not directed at children, and you must meet the minimum age Discord requires in your country to use them.
Changes to This Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time; any revision takes effect as of the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a revision is published means you accept the revised policy.
