Introduction & Definitions:
"VoiceStats", "We", "Us", "Our" refer to the team that develops and operates VoiceStats.
"Service", "Services" refers to all services we provide, including but not limited to the VoiceStats Discord bot, Premium features, and our website and dashboard.
"You", "User" refers to any individual using our Services.
"Server Administrator" refers to a server owner or a user with permissions to manage VoiceStats in a Discord server.
"Premium" refers to paid features provided via Patreon or other official channels.
"Discord" refers to the Discord platform and its associated services.
"Agreement" refers collectively to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility:
You must meet the minimum age requirement set by Discord for your country and comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law when using our Services.
About Our Services:
VoiceStats is a Discord bot that tracks voice channel activity and provides related features, including but not limited to statistics, leaderboards, role rewards, giveaways, and a dashboard. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without prior notice.
Third-Party Services:
The Services depend on or interact with third-party services, including but not limited to Discord and Patreon. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, policies, security, billing decisions, API changes, or service interruptions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Server Administrator Responsibility:
Server Administrators are responsible for configuring the Services in their server, ensuring they have the necessary Discord permissions and authority to do so, and for actions performed through settings and features they control. VoiceStats is not responsible for configuration decisions made by a Server Administrator or for disputes between server members arising from those decisions.
Voice Statistics:
VoiceStats calculates voice activity based on Discord voice channel events. Statistics may be delayed, incomplete, reset, or inaccurate due to Discord outages, API limitations, missing permissions, bot downtime, or other circumstances outside our control. Statistics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as an exact or legally binding record (e.g. for payroll or attendance purposes).
Rules of Conduct:
By using the Services, you agree that you will not:
- Use our Services for any illegal purpose or to violate Discord's Terms or Community Guidelines.
- Take advantage of bugs, loopholes, or security weaknesses in the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to our Service or backend.
- Bypass rate limits, feature limits, or security measures.
- Send spam, or operate fraudulent or misleading giveaways.
- Falsely claim an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement with VoiceStats.
- Damage, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Giveaways:
VoiceStats provides tools for creating and managing giveaways, but does not sponsor, administer, endorse, or supply prizes. The Server Administrator or giveaway host is solely responsible for the giveaway, its rules, eligibility requirements, prize delivery, and compliance with applicable laws and Discord policy. Winner selection is based on configured entry requirements and available Discord data at the time of the giveaway; we do not guarantee a specific outcome, and a giveaway may be affected by deleted messages, member departures, permission changes, or API issues.
Premium:
Premium may be offered through Patreon or another stated provider. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations are handled by that provider and governed by their own terms. Premium features, limits, and pricing may change; current details are available on our website. Premium access may be tied to a specific user or server, and we may suspend Premium access if fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or handled by the payment provider. No refund, credit, or compensation is guaranteed for Service outages, interruptions, or changes.
Intellectual Property & Your Content:
All original content, branding, and code used in our Services are owned by VoiceStats or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as server settings or giveaway details), but grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to operate the Services.
Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, at any time and with or without prior notice, in cases where you breach this Agreement, misuse the Services, or where suspension or termination is legally required of us.
All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer:
The Services are furnished on an "as is" and "as available" basis and come with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent data storage, the accuracy of statistics, the successful assignment of roles, or the completion or fulfillment of giveaways.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, lost prizes, or disputes arising from a giveaway hosted by a server. Our total liability for any claim is capped at whatever amount, if any, you paid us during the 30 days immediately before the claim arose. This cap does not apply to liability arising from a violation of applicable data protection law, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VoiceStats and its team members, contractors, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, your server administration, or any giveaway you create or manage.
Governing Law & Severability:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
Changes to These Terms:
We may revise these Terms at any time, and any revision becomes effective as of the date shown at the top of this document. If you keep using the Services after a revision is posted, that use will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
